Collision-damaged vehicle in a repair bay

Accident repairs, claim and all.

From a scraped wing to a car that arrived on a flatbed. We straighten it, rebuild it, refinish it — and deal with your insurer so you don't have to.

How a claim actually runs

Five steps. We do four of them.

Most people have never claimed before and expect it to be a fight. Here's exactly what happens once you hand the car over.

  1. You report it

Phone your insurer and get a claim number. That's your only admin — everything below is ours.

  2. We assess

Bring the car in, or we'll fetch it. We strip what's needed to find the damage underneath the panel.

  3. Insurer authorises

We submit the estimate and photos, meet the assessor, and chase the authorisation until it lands.

  4. We repair

Structural work first, then panel, then paint and reassembly. You get a courtesy car for the duration.

  5. You collect

Valeted, quality-checked and photographed. Excess settled with us, guarantee paperwork in the glovebox.

Structural repair

If the chassis moved, it has to be measured — not eyeballed.

A hard impact can push a body shell out of true by a few millimetres. You won't see it, but the car will pull under braking, eat tyres, and fail to protect anyone properly in a second accident.

We mount structural jobs on a jig and measure against the manufacturer's own reference points, then pull the shell back to those figures and re-measure before a single new panel goes on.

  • Measured, then re-measured. Before-and-after jig printouts go in your file, and a copy goes to the insurer.
  • Genuine or approved parts. We fit what the policy covers and tell you plainly when the insurer has specified an aftermarket part.
  • Safety systems recalibrated. Parking sensors, cameras and driver-assist gear are re-aimed after a bumper or screen comes off.
