Most people walk in having never claimed before, holding a case number and no idea what happens next. We do that part for you — the assessor booking, the authorisation, the parts, the follow-up calls.
What you get is one number to phone, a car you're not embarrassed to drive in the meantime, and a repair that still looks right in five years' time.
- We run the claim. You give us the case number and we deal with the insurer, the assessor and the parts authorisation from there.
- Courtesy car, no charge. Subject to availability on booked-in repairs — ask when you drop off and we'll hold one for you.
- Colour matched by spectrophotometer. We read the paint off your actual panel, not off the code — which is why blended repairs don't show up in daylight.
